I also understand as a FADM I will have to act more in character as to be an MHC (Military High Command) member act more strict and mature at currently as a CMD I don't need to act as strict as a FADM (A). If any of the Fleet/navy members get out of line I would provide punishments. and I will be able to make a tryout and Fleet Handbook/document to provide anyone that would take my place as FADM (A).
